UPDATE ON POINT STANDINGS
Monday July 14- First, I would like to apologize for the mix up on the point sheets this past week. I run the sheets and when I copied the points from the SpeedNet sight, I never checked the date, because it is “always” correct.
I was not made aware of the problem until Sunday.
Our staff went to download the information after the July 6 race and could not get a connection to work. Further attempts also failed. When they finally were able to contact SpeedNet, the problem came to be an update made on their end, that turned out to be NOT compatable with our older software. It turns out, we are not the only track affected as this is a nationwide situation.
Our scorer, Brian, will be back this week and we are hoping to get things straightened out and updated.
So we are aware and working to get it fixed. We need to get the correct updates or possibly a new computer.
Even though the points are not updated on line, the program on the computer IS so all averages and lineups ARE correct at the track.
Watch the “as of” date on the web site so you know they are updated. I will figure out the top 10 and try to get that posted on here today.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
